Aims and Objectives of Service
We aim to provide quality housing with tenancy related support to enable people to maintain independence in the community. We aim to provide support that is flexible to individuals, their objectives and their changing needs. We will help tenants with a whole range of housing related support to successfully sustain a tenancy.
Using an outcome focused support planning tool, the actual support package delivered is negotiated with the client to enable them to maintain the tenancy. The service is person – centred and works towards the growth of confidence, recovery, independence and empowerment of the individual.

We take a holistic approach by addressing all aspect’s of a client’s life – ensuring as far as possible, that all support needs are addressed; whether directly by directly by the service, externally by other agencies or by the client themselves.
The service seeks to offer equal access and opportunity for all individuals and sectors of the community.

How do we support?
The service is intended for single people from 18 upwards who have a medium to long term housing suppported needs which can be met by the delivery of up to two hours support per week.
They also may concurrent or previous experience of:

Mental Health problems

Learning disabilities
-
Alcohol and/or substance use problems

Episodes of homelessness
-
Vulnerability related to housing.

Significant periods in hospital, registered care or Prison

Offending Behaviour
